Shipping
We offer a postage charge, based on the value of an order, of £3.99 for the UK mainland. Items are usually sent via a National Courier. Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours exception of Saturdays/Sundays.

Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards via Paypal, Unfortunately we cannot accept Personal Cheques.

Terms & Conditions Of Sale
These Terms & Conditions, together with the particulars set out, supersede any Terms & Conditions previously in use, they are based upon English Law, with any disputes being resolved by the Courts of England/Wales. The purchase of any goods from this website constitutes your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below.

  1. The term "Seller" means the Smell Of Success, the term "Buyer" refers to the Buyer throughout these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to "Title of the Goods" until payment is made in full.
  3. No alteration of these Terms & Conditions can be made, unless they are agreed in writing by both parties.
  4. All Prices quoted are those set out in the "Sellers" quotation, but exclude "Delivery Charges" to either one or multiple locations, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Payment Terms:
    1. Payment is strictly required to be made in advance of dispatch of the goods.
    2. Payment could be made by credit card, debit card via Paypal.
  6. Deliveries:
    • For the majority of purchases, an insured courier delivery service is used. For smaller items Royal Mail recorded delivery may be used.
    • All deliveries made to the "Buyer" should be checked thoroughly before being signed for. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages, would be deemed by the "Seller" that the Goods have been accepted by the "Buyer" complete and unharmed. Courier delivery notes must be marked as "Damaged" by the "Buyer" if damage is evident upon delivery.
    • All Damages or Shortages, should be reported to the "Seller" within 24 Hours and in writing.
    • Under certain circumstances and out-with the control of the "Seller" in particular when Goods are sourced from a third party Manufacturer or other Supplier, delays may occur, when and if this event does happen, the "Seller" will notify the "Buyer" as soon as it is reasonable, that there will be a delay in delivery.
  7. You are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee provided the bottles / packaging have not been opened. We guarantee that all fragrances in full size bottles are exactly the same as our samples. Returns will not be accepted once a bottle / packaging has been opened. The money back guarantee is subject to a returns number being requested and given and the goods being returned by the "Buyer" to our given returns address in a resalable condition. Returns received damaged or in an unsaleable condition will be notified to the "Buyer" but not refunded. Any unsaleable items returned will not be refunded and it will be the "Buyers" responsibility to reclaim the returned items. Samples are excluded from the 30 day money back guarantee.
  8. The "Seller" reserves the right to not provide an item, order or delivery and refund in full the moneys paid by the "buyer" for any products / services not supplied and notify the "Buyer" as soon as it is reasonable.
  9. Cancellation of an order: If an order has already been dispatched then the order will be subject to our returns policy in section 7. of these Terms & Conditions.
